FitZone Fitness Tip

Fitness is improving the body’s functions and abilities through exercise and nutrition. There are three components of fitness: strength, endurance, and flexibility.

There are also three things that must be done to improve the components of fitness.

Clean
Correct movement patterns and nutritional distribution.

Balance
Equally strengthen the body on both sides and balance the body’s nutritional intake.

Build
Increase muscular strength and definition and building the immune system.

Fitness is a process and without the process, there is no progress.
