Fitness tip 2 10 14We often focus a lot on body weight and not enough on body fat. Your weight is the total mass of your entire body. So when you are analyzing weight loss,  you should focus on your body fat percentage.  To determine how much body fat you should lose, calculate your Body Mass Index x Body Fat Percentage and that will give you your 30 day weight loss goal.
