FitZone Fitness Tip 2-17-14

fitzone fitness tip 2-17-14

Working out, is not about how much time you spend in the gym. Result are based on efficiency and intensity in a small amount of time. After 45 minutes of work, muscles begin to shut down. When that occurs, results tend to get sidelined, because recovery time has now increased, due to overworking the body. For the last 15 years, I’ve coached 30 minute workouts and now the 30 minute workout is becoming a trend. It only takes 30 minutes of cardio to get a full body workout. Maximize your work and results by minimizing your time spent in the gym. If you don’t know, how get a trainer.
