FitZone Fitness Training focuses on the goals of each individual client, based on body zones. The three zones are Upper Body, Core, and Lower Body which function together and develop off the improvement of each other.
FitZone design is to improve the movements and stability of the body as it ages, by increasing strength and improving balance.
Our goal is to make the body stronger, help manage body weight and improve the overall health of your body. The FitZone Fitness program changes are based on the needs of each client. We aim to help you build a better body, by improving the way the body functions internally and externally. In order to accomplish that we clean up movement patterns, balance the body on both sides, and build strength and stability.
